| Training Treats I've been lax in training my fur baby. She's of course potty trained, actually p-pad. She'll "sit" on command (when it suits her) and if "bad" she'll go to her expen. But I want her 2 "halt", "Shake", "no", etc. my question is how many treats do u give during a training session. 10-12? I give the BB chicken treats and have been cutting in half. I'd like 2 know how many is 2 many. Thank you |

| The treats I use are about the size of a dime, but thicker. I cut them in 3rds. I won't give him more than 4 whole treats a day. So when I cut it, he has 12 chances of getting a trick right, or we do it the next day. 10+ treats for a puppy seems like waaaay too much, IMO. The day I gave MJ 7, he got diarrhea. |
