| What is Clicker Training? Someone asked Someone in a differnt thread asked what Clicker training is so I thought I put up this link to Clicker Solutions and dirct to What clicker trainings. http://www.clickersolutions.com/ Link to what is clicker training http://www.clickersolutions.com/faq.htm#definition The long and short of it is catching a dog doing or being good and clicking with a kids toy, to mark the act of good and giving a treat. The click is faster and more acurate then a yes that can be emotional. I use both a yes and a click. Ignoreing or redirecting gentally the dog doing something not great to a good thing. Joy |
