| Try having one of you leave, and one stay to put the dog in the crate.

| Give her a treat IN her crate each time you leave. This way she has something to look forward to when you leave. Do it as so, give her one before she has to get in the crate & another when she goes in the crate. After a few times of this, take away the one before crate time & only give the one in the crate BUT don't give it to her till she goes in, DON'T throw the treat in the crate & when she runs in after it lock the door behind her or she'll get wise to it & not trust you . When she goes in the crate tell her GOOD GIRL so she's not thinking she's being punished by being locked in there. She's no dummy as she knows when your leaving & that's what she has a problem with. |

| omg, my Emy does the same thing, only in my case, she whines at the door, cause she wants to go out and looks up at her leash/harnesses that are hanging at the door, and when I go to put the harness on her, she runs from me, its so frustrating...so I just sit on the floor with the harness between my legs and wait, she goes and grabs a toy and runs close by me with it and when I try to reach to get her she runs and dodges me..LOL..so I will say 'ok we won't go out then' and I'll sit at the kitchen table, then she goes to the door again, and I'll sit on the floor with her harness between my legs and just wait till she decides to come to me close enough and not try to dodge me...I've tried treats, but she comes close enough to take the treat and then runs away...shes figured that out, so I don't give her a treat anymore to put her harness on...anyone with any suggestions ...she loves to go out, but likes to play that chase me to get harness on game also.. |

| I would give her a treat when she goes into her kennel. My two go upstairs in a room during the day while I'm at work. I use a treat to lure them upstairs and give it to them when they get into the room. They look forward to going upstairs and sometimes even beat me up the stairs because they know they are getting a treat

| Maybe buy special treats only for going in the crate. Joel knows every lure I use to get him in his crate and he won't take any treats for it either. He's fine being in it, just not me getting him to put in it, but then again I think he just loooves being chased lol |
