| urination issue I've addressed this before, but new info. has come to light. My 9.5 month old Bella seemingly can't be trusted to hold urination for much more than an hour (sometimes a half hour after gulping water). Stange thing is she sleeps completely through the night and always holds it for about 3 hours a day when crated. The vet ran a urine sample and said it didnt seem to be a bladder infection or kidney problems. So besides the rare possibility there's something wrong with internal anatomy, it must be behavioral. I think I might have conditioned her to go so often because I take her out so much. Anyway, I'm wondering how often everyone's dogs had to urinate when this age...I'd like a goal in mind to build up to....my only plan right now is to gradually keep increasing the time between trips outside |
