| More house training blues Khloe will be 6 months old on Friday. I am so frustrated. She is not consistent with pottying outside. I take her out the same times but sometimes she wants to just play. Yesterday she did'nt mess up one time. Today she pooped in the house after I took her outside. She peed and then she wanted to play but it was raining so I scooped her up and we went inside. Then she pooped. I have never had a pup that loves outside soooo much. She even loves the rain. I crate her doing the day when I can't watch her but its hard to watch 24/7. She is low to the floor. |

| Just keep at it. My yorkie is incredibly stubborn and he just turned 1 and is still making messes unfortunately. It does get really frustrating but keep on her about pottying outside and one day it'll click with her. It is a lot easier if you have scheduled times for feeding cause they usually go after they eat or after a good play inside. I've learned that with potty training, they'll be a lot of good days and a lot of bad days but eventually it'll sink in. Also never forget - praise praise praise and reward!

| Thanks . I have been free feeding because she is so picky and small. I leave the food out because she just nibbles and then stop. But if you think taking up the food will help I am willing to try. She does good all night long. I don't let her have water after seven. I even walk her with my older dog but she seems stubborn. My older girl never pottys in the house Last edited by tinalove; 06-05-2012 at 03:10 PM. |

| I have three yorkies. Maybe it was a bad idea to get them so close together. We have had Louie for 4 months, Tinker for 6 months and Bri, 2 months. Louie is almost 4 yrs old. Tinker 8 months and Bri is 6 months. I have been keeping them in a play yard for sleeping and playing when not in our sight. But I realize they are learning nothing by this. They made messes all the time. I started crating them. And wow, no messes all night. I reward them when they potty outside with treats and praise. Pray this works!!!!!!!!
