I think she thinks it is a new food group My kitchen chairs, the headboard on the bed, the coffee tables......if it's wood she is chewing, chewing, chewing!!! She is ruining things. I scold her and move her away from what she is chewing on, but as soon as I turn my back...you guessed it! munch munch munch. What can I do????

| Our Yorkie we had many years ago did this...until we discovered it was because his teeth hurt.. He had teeth that needed to be removed and when that happened, the chewing stopped! |

| I use the same trick I used on barking...coins in a tin. Every time Teddie goes to gnaw on wood, the coins jingle. He hates that noise and is fast learning to avoid the noise no biting wood or barking.
