| Nail Clipping & Scratching Problems Hi! I need some advice on nail clipping. My older yorkie who just turned 7 has always hated getting his nails clipped, so we usually have to take him someplace to get it done and he's HORRIBLE. So our puppy, Riley, who is now almost 5 months, I've been trying to slowly introduce the nail clippers to her since she was a tiny little girl so this wouldnt happen again!!!! And she still hates it. I can get a nail or two when shes calm, but then she flips out. I tried buying a nail file and my older yorkie actually lets me use it, but the baby definitely is too squirmy! Any suggestions? Their nails grow so fast, I would love to be able to do it myself and not have to take them both to a place every few weeks. Also, shes been more squirmy the older she gets and scratching us horribly!! Any suggestions will help. Other than that she is doing great! Thanks -Allie |

| Ziva(2 years) will let me do anything except cut her nails! I just took her to get them clipped and the groomer suggested that I file them- I don't think she will be any better for the file . I have had some success with my daughter holding her in a canvas bag so she couldn't kick- but not without a struggle and one or two at a time. |
