| Belly band for older dog? How hard will it be to put a belly band on and not have the dog scrape it off? This is an older rescue dog.. I crate him while at work, husband lets him out when he is home and on outside to potty. But when I get home and I faithfully let him out ever so often he still will hike his leg on something in the house right in front of me. So if he will keep the belly band on I'll do that just don't want to have to keep him crated all day if my husband has to go somewhere. Not that its all that bad to be crated but he was used to running a yard all day long. I don't think a yorkie needs to be an "outside" dog all day long and I would be afraid of a bigger dog jumpin in the yard and hurting him. I'll hush now.. lol Linda |

| If the bellyband fits properly it should stay on without a problem. 107barnery who is a member on YT makes wonderful bellybands. I've purchased them for Dude and they are custom fit and have a liner that goes inside to help absorb any marking. I have also used them on a rescue and there were no issues with him pulling it off. here's the link Washable Belly Bands by T. Bumpkins & Co. and Doggie Pee Pads
