| New Training/Barking/Jumping ::whew:: Hey All! So, I've had Nala for about 2 1/2 years and I couldn't be happier with my little furry roomy. She is wee-wee pad trained in my apartment because I work 10 hr night shifts so I'm away 12 hours of the day 4x a week, so I find it cruel to make her hold it. She goes outside when I walk her, but for the most part, she is wee wee pad trained. I wanted to know if anyone has gone from having a grown dog wee wee pad to being able to communicate when they need to go outside? Also, Nala goes crazy anytime anyone goes near my door. This becomes annoying when I have friend over late (bothers my landlords and stirs up their dog) and when I bring Nala to my mother's place, she lives in a co-op and Nala scares the neighbors. Anyway to get her to stop barking at the door? Also #2 - Nala jumps in people's faces when they sit down. Any suggestions on how to get her to stop this little annoying habit??? Thanks...and happy holidays all : ) |

| Since she is grown and you work long hours, I'd probably suggest a good trainer.
