| Potty Training...there is hope! I have been reading posts for months on potty training, had many failed attempts at crate training, read "How to Housebreak your Dog in Seven Days," with no luck...because I never was good at sticking to schedules, and the list goes on...HOWEVER, I am proud to say... Ninja, my diva princess, is seven months old and FINALLY potty trained (I live in AK so I have been trying to potty pad train her)! She wasn't making any effort to go potty without me physically picking her up to take her to her designated potty area. For the most part she was good about holding it, but I suppose since I kept her spot the same and was being pretty good about taking her she figured it out on her own. I was beginning to lose hope and figured I would have to do this for the rest of her life! Now she walks there, handles her business, and then prances back like she just saved the world! So for those out there who are having problems...don't give up! She knows and has known where she needs to go, she just wanted to do it when she wanted too. But I guess she was training me!

I pick her up and take her outside when she is done looks at me as to oh well. I have been very sick with my back and I wonder if she knows it? I don't know what to do. I wanted to wish everyone a late Merry Christmas. Now everyone a Happy New Year. |
