| I've heard those sound things don't really work well, especially if the dog is already used to barking non-stop. Try shaking coins in a can and saying "Quiet!" Just fill an empty soda can with some coins. Or squirt in their faces with a water bottle.

| there is a table top kind that I know of but I found it does not work as well as the one that beeps that is on thier collar and no not the one that zaps it is just a high pitched sound that stops them barking. cans only work if they do not see you and you are around. not the DAp ypu want that is not a sound maker but Dap does work on some dog and also better in the collar. jl
