Vacation nightmare he's peeing on Moms carpet Jasper is a 6 mon old nuetered male whom is house trained. Until we arrived at my partents home. My folks have never had pets in their home but, since Jasper belongs to my 3 yr old, (u know how it goes). One day later he starts what I think is marking but he only lifted his leg a few times. Each day it got worse. I made him a belly band but, it was to late. Dad banished him to his crate for the duration of our stay. I had him at my brothers foe 5 hrs and didn't do it! He has dogs that r in at night. Hoping someone could give me some advice.

Too often neutered male dogs will still mark new territory when visiting or mark their own home if a strange dog comes to visit. Belly bands can be the only solution to not being an unwelcome house guest.

That's what I thought too (belly bands). I hate my baby is stuck in his crate. However, he plays out side frequently with my toddler & behind closed doors he is free to be hisself and... Sleep in the bed with Mommy!
