| HELP!! Lilly keeps peeing in the same corner Lilly is 10 weeks old. She has a 5 by 5 pen that we keep her in when we are busy. She has a pee pad in there. I spray some potty aid stuff on it, put her on the pad. She does go on it sometimes. Usually though, she likes to piss in the very corner of the cage!!! I could put her on the pad, and she will piss 5 seconds later, walking off the pad, to piss on the floor!!! We scrub the area down good once a week with bleach, so Im pretty sure the smell must be gone. Why does she not want to piss on the pad, and rather piss in the corner????? |

| Is that particular corner out of your sight? Many puppies like to 'hide' when they go potty. Is there a way you can put the potty pad in that corner?

| I don't think once a week is enough to get the smell out. Usually you have to use a enzyme cleaner to get the urine odor out. Do you praise her like crazy when she does use the pad?? I would try and put the pad where she is going if possible. When she does go on it...make it a party!!! Then slowly move it to the place you would like her to go. |

| Use an enzyme cleaner such as Nature's Miracle. If you don't doggies will continue to pee and poo on the same spot. Good luck and Merry Christmas. ~Joanne~

| If possible I would put the pee pad in the corners. When you see her go, lots of praise and a small treat. One Cherrio will do. General Lee has pads around the house and when we were training he would get a treat and lots of praise. Now he is very good about them. Good luck and remember that they are about as stubborn and cocky as a breed can get. Of course that is why they are so adorable. |
