| Puppy will never be potty trained!! Hi all! This is my first post, and my first problem. My little Yorkie is 10 months old and not an closer to being potty trained then the first day I got her. I take her outside and she refuses to walk in the grass! I tried to litter train her and she would try to chew up the litter, papers worked for about 2 days then she decided to go wherever she wanted even with me taking her to the papers over and over after she ate, drank, woke up everything!! So now she is to the point where anywhere is ok to potty. Please help I don't know how to untrain this bad behavior! Thanks so much |

| Puppy will be trained. I totally understand your frustration. Remember that everywhere she has gone in has to be cleaned really well with a cleaner especially for puppy pee. Use "Simply Out" or something else like that. If the bad marked areas are not cleaned your puppy will see that as an acceptable place to go. Also make a puppy play are. Put tarp down, then some flooring, I like using those exercise square foams that you can find at Target ot Sams. And then put a exercise play pen over all this , you can buy one at Petsmart. |
