| How can i teach my 2 babies to pee on the pee... PAD WHEN I'M NOT HOME AND TO GO OUTSIDE WHEN I COME HOME FROM WORK? CAN THIS BE DONE? I FEEL LIKE I MAY CONFUSE THEM...BUT WE'RE NOT HOME DURING THE DAY...THEY BOTH GO OUTSIDE WHEN TAKEN...AND THEY USED THE PEE PADS FOR A FEW DAYS UNTIL THE YOUNGER ONE (5MONTHS, FEMALE) STARTED CHEWING THEM INTO A MILLION PIECES!! I WANT TO TRY ONE ON THOSE PEE PAD HOLDERS FROM PETSMART...ANY ADVICE? THANKS |

| depending on how long you are at work i would get them completely off the pee pad and strictly to outside. if you are at work for a very long time that will be very difficult but if someone would be home every 4-6 hours i would just put them in a kennel and first thing when you get home let them out. for the first few weeks you probably will have accidents in the kennels but once they get the idea then you will be on the home streach. i have read somewhere that they can hold it for about as many months old they are which seems to be fairly accurate. well i hope this helps i just know how it is to come home and find the pee pad ripped to shreads. very frusterating. |
