| Pee Pee Pad question I don't have any experience with pp pads. We have our new baby, the breeder said she was newspaper trained. It would appear the only thing she is trained to do with newspaper is shred it. I have always trained my dogs to go outside however thought I'd try the pp pads and outside with this little gal. I also purchased some drops you put on the pads to entice them to use the pads. It's not working, she has no interest in those pads at all. Is there a secret to these pp pads? I have two other adult yorkies and so I'm hoping she will also learn by watching the other two but they don't use the pads, they are trained for outside. I've used the praise/treat method in the past which has worked well but certainly takes patience. |
