| One in and one out of crate My almost 2 yr old male was crate trained only at night until we got our female last Dec. Then we made the mistake of putting her in the crate (which took months to master) and he sleeps in the same room but on my daughter's bed. I want to get him back into a crate at night and now with a barking problem and nasty neighbors, think maybe they need to be crate trained during the day so I don't need to worry if I need to leave the house. Has anyone experienced anything similar? It's hard to train one because the other is always around and the whining from my male is endless, yet he's not left alone but for a few hours maybe two-three times a week! |

| I think your best option is to train them both exactly the same, and if one is being crated they both get crated. Make sure they each have thier own crate and I would place them next to each other so they don't feel as seperated.
