| Help! ok, i understand that Maisy is very happy to see us all, but usually she calms down fast after a few minutes. Well, whenever we try to calm her down to brush her or put her flea medicine on, she WONT calm down! she bites and fusses SOOO much! it takes 5 times longer than it should..we could have played that whole time IF she calmed down faster! we soothingly talk to her, and praise her when she sits..but that only works for a minute! well we finally just got her medicine on her and she is FINALY calm, but does anyone have any tips for next time??? |

| Could you not just pick her up when you apply the medication? Do it while you are standing. I find dogs are less likely to want to jump out of your arm while you are standing than when you are stilling down with them. Do you think it will work? |
