| Having trouble teaching...... Ok, so I've been trying to teach Choco how to sit, hand shake, and play dead... He can do sit from when he's standing, but as soon as he lies down, he doesn't sit back up. And he does play dead fine when he's lying down, but he doesn't do it when it's standing or sitting. I have tried getting him back up on to his feet and making him sit, but he some how just likes to lie back down and I can't put him into a sitting position. And when he's sitting or standing, I can't make him lie down.... What are some techniques that I need to use? Any advice?? Thanks for your help!!!

| My Cavalier does the same thing. And he anticipates the down command and doesn't wait for it. ARGH. Can't wait to hear what people say...As much as I know about canine nutrition, I am having so much trouble training my dogs!
