| Walking two of them?! Today.. the thought occurred to me that I might have to walk both Franklin and Maggie at the same time as my bf is usually busy. HOW?! Franklin is usually a good walker but can be the biggest hassle on a leash as he likes to explore. How do you guys do it? Is it better to walk them on two separate leashes, or do you use a coupler? I'd hate to see one of them drag the other around...

| Have them walk directly by each side and not let them have a long leash. Hold the leash as far down to them as your arms reach. This way they will not get tangled or go exploring. They have to learn how to go for walks first. |

| I use a coupler when I am taking mine for a walk by myself. They actually do pretty well on it as they become one, like a pack so to speak. They would get more tangled if I used two seperate leashes, plus it's easier to control the one leash. Good luck. |

Donating YT 1000 Club Member | I walk three at once. I have two on a coupler and one on a different leash. It took some training but it works fine.

| Sadie is a puppy and she stops every few feet. It is a pain but she is learning and when she gets scared she stops and drops! I have tried the coupler but because she stops so much chewy does try to drqg her so for now no coupler. i did try on day putting the leash on chewy and having the coupler on Sadie... that way I had complete control on chewy and Sadie was just coming a long but it is hard. I hope both your dogs are good walkers. If you have a puppy expect delays!

| I walk mine on seperate leashes, and I think this year Im going to buy a coupler. They walk side by side anyways, so for me it would be easier to have a coupler. Either that or hold a leash in each hand that way they dont get tangled. Its a bit more difficult to walk 2 on seperate leashes but its FUN LOL

| I walk my golden retriever and Marley together on a coupler sometimes, and it's definitely tiring. Marley still loves to run around and explore, so she drags my golden, and sometimes my golden drags her. I think it just takes practice. My coupler's good because it's adjustable.

| I walk my boys on two seperate leashes, especially since they almost pee on each other all the time when one is still sniffing while the other is marking the same spot. I just keep an eye on how they cross each other and keep un-crossing the leashes.

| Once in awhile, my husband or I will walk both our dogs together which my husband likes to call "double duty." We walk them on two different leashes as zoey likes to blaze through in the beginning to find her 'spot' while truffles sniffs around such. Zoey is not a yorkie, but a shelter dog. She's also much stronger and pulls. |

| When we walk our four we use two couplers. lol we look ridiculous but its okay! Bella and Brooklynn hook up together since they're my slow walkers and Bailey and Peyton hook up together since they love to go as fast as they can..

| For now I use separate leashes, with Holly's being much shorter. Holly is still a puppy and she likes to pounce on Gracie when we are out for walks. Once she grows out of this, I will use my coupler or double leash.

| We tried separate leashes...but Beau wouldn't keep up. He wanted to sniff and Lexie likes to get her exercise on. Ha ha. We got a coupler and it trained Beau to keep up and it lightened up Lexie's pulling. I'd suggest it!
