Tell bells Ok, really considering getting one of these, my 6 mo. old was doing pretty good, but now all of a sudden he thinks he can go wherever he wants, i got him a belly band and he goes in it sometimes, i was thinking of teaching him to let us know when he has to go, because he doesn't bark or anything i thought a tell bell would help, has anyone had success with this.

I use a bell by the door. Myah, is already ringing it to go outside. I've had a bell hanging by the door for over 4 years for Chloe' and Myah just picked up on it real easy. She still has accidents, but that is to be expected. It takes a little bit of training...but it works wonders.

Thanks, i am going to try it, i saw a bell that sits on the floor and they tap it with their paw, i triedhanging a bell from the door, but he was so scared of the noise when i opened the door that he didn't want to go out or come back in, so when i saw the floor one i thought this might be a better idea.

I hung mine next to the door on a little hook. They can just bump it with their nose. Myah actually jump on it and really makes it ring..she is such a smart little girl!!!

I was going to use this for ben but he got the hang of not going in the house and letting us know when he needs to go outside, he has had very few accidents in the house and they were because of us not watching him. and he knew he did something bad. good luck
