| FS: What to Expect The First Year Book My friend bought this book last year - it is the 2nd edition - and the second book to "What to Expect When you are Expecting". It is a big thick book, softcover. It looks brand new - no torn, folded or missing pages, no markings, etc. The front cover edge does not lay flat from being read, but it isn't creased or torn, etc. She is asking $6 for it w/ $2 shipping. ($10). If interested, please PM me. Thanks!

| I don't need it (my baby is 14) but wanted to give a review for the book - it is GREAT!!! I got it when my first baby was born and read it so much, by the time the 2nd one got here, it was all bent, pages creased, etc.! It has a ton of information for any new parent from what to expect each month to certain illnesses and what symptoms to look for (in NO way replaces a doctor though), and so on. I highly recommend this book and at the price it's being offered at, you can't beat it!

| I am 10 weeks pregnant and my doctor gave me this book. I guess it is highly recommended and they give it to all patients that are expecting free of charge! IT has become my bible. Definately a good resource for any expecting mother!

| Thanks for all the comments....I glanced through it (course, I don't need it) and it did have good info. I just read over my post and apparently I can't add - the total was $8 ($6book+$2 shipping). (hee,hee)--you can tell I have been super busy and spreading myself alittle too thin lately!!!(eek)
