| Yep, that's how they're supposed to work. Gravity does it's job and you get stronger by keeping it from falling out. I'm looking for a first hand account of whether or not it actually worked for someone and how long it took to notice a difference, etc... but I don't think anyone is gonna fess up!  Quote:

| WOW!! Ok so I didnt even know all these conversations were going on, on my thread!! lol I havent checked it in a couple days, I had no replies and I check it now and there is 4 PAGES!! I was told constantly by midwifes, doctors, etc after having my baby in January to do these excercises to tighten the muscles back up. Child birth, excess sex 
and also old age can make these muscles relax and this excercise helps tighten them back up.
