| New Etsy Shop! Hi everyone - I have begun doing some computer work for this person I know who owns a soap company. She's had her business for a long time, and started her website about 2 or so years ago. I suggested that she opened up an Etsy shop and so she let me do it for her. All of her soaps, lip balms, bath bombs, salt scrubs, body butter's, lotions, lotion bars, bath teas, are handmade one batch at a time and are all natural. She has 50+ fragrances -- I mean she's totally awesome. Please check out the Etsy shop I opened for her -- mistymountain.etsy.com and then her website is www.mistymountainsoap.com. Her soaps are so wonderful - they are all I use. She has doggie shampoo bars also that I will be bringing to Kansas City to sell for her. Enjoy! Rachel

| I'm crazy about all the home made soaps and creams and I was putting in a large order but can't seem to get the herbal healing balm in my cart. It keeps saying "error on page". I'd like to have it added to my existing order and am waiting for a response. |

| Please tell her to list the healing balm on Etsy. I only buy online using Paypal, so I want to go through Etsy. I want to buy some other items and was hoping to combine shipping. Does she combine shipping? Also, the dog soap...have you tried it? How does it work for yorkies?

| Sorry about that guys! I didn't realize I had responses until now. When I talk to her tomorrow, I will definitely ask if I can get the healing balm on Etsy. Also, she just put PayPal on her website, so you might want to try again to see if it will work. As for the error page .. I'm not sure why that's happening -- I will let her know about it, and she'll have to call her web designer who lives all the way in WA. The doggie shampoo is pretty nice, it lathers up really well. However, it isn't very moisturizing - which you can't really expect it to be since it is soap. I just use conditioner with it and its wonderful. It doesn't have any scent to it, but I rather like it. Also -- you can call her to make an order. She will take your credit card number over the phone, but if you only shop by PayPal, I would suggest Etsy or the website. She said that she's already had a couple of orders since putting her PayPal buttons on there. Anyway, I will leave an update once I hear back from her. thanks! R
