I've been sad lately about the whole toy issue, so I ordered a few toys from West Paw Designs. Gizmo LOVES the little doggy froggy below. It's made of cloth and it has a really good squeaker. I think it's replacing his bobo.

The green fabric is almost the same color as my carpet, so in a couple of shots it's hard to see. Sorry! Plus, he kept moving around and playing with it, so it was very difficult to get decent pics.

The cool thing is that this is made in Montana and none of the materials are made in China.

I just thought I'd let you know.

He really needs a bath.

Some of the toys on the site are a little pricey (and some of them have fabric made in China) but this one is fine, and I thought it was a reasonable price also.

I just got my order from them. I ordered 11 toys, I posted pics in another thread and gave them 4 of them. They of course love the one stretchy thing. Gizmo looks so cute and happy!

Yes, he really likes it. He runs around the house with it in his mouth. I guess he's afraid I'll try to take that one away too.

He squeaks it constantly, but I'm just glad we have a safe toy he likes now.

I am so glad you found that website that has toys Made in America!! Gizmo looks so cute with that frog in his mouth!! I need to get the girls some new toys as all theirs are in a bag going back to WM & Petsmart since they all came from China.

I don't mind paying a little more for toys that i know will be safe!!

Hi Judy and Gizmo - I'm so happy, too, that you found a great place to get toys not from China and that are Yorkie approved! I love the size of that froggie since I need smaller toys for Izzy. Thanks for sharing that site - for sure buying for Izzy and for our GE buddy!

I made a froggy and a kitty face toy. I don't really sew. I just used some left over fleece and some replacement squeakers. I sure some of you girls who know how to sew could make some great safe dog toys for us to buy!!!
