| Any Ideas?? Hi everyone! I am looking to do something fun with my baby afterwork or this weekend. He has seemed pretty down lately because things have been crazy at work I have just been so tired when I come home to play with him. Last night he seemed so sad. He was desperatly trying to get me to play with him and i couldnt keep my eyes open. So I am loking for some fun activities to do with him this weekend or when I get home tonight. Any suggestions? I run out of things to do so I thought i would see what your yorkies really enjoy! |

| Go for a nice walk on the weekend (I hate going at night since it's dark), take him to a doggie park or on a play date. Get him a new toy. Those are some things I am doing.

| Sometimes I take Loki shopping with me. We just go to all the doggie friendly stores. All the new smells and sounds are good for him and tires him out. On the weekend we go to grandma's house where he gets spoiled. Monday nights we go to obedience class. Once a week or so I take him to doggie daycare during the day, and then he sleeps for days. Loki also has several "puzzle" type toys that he has to work to get the treats out of. I use those periodically to keep him occupied (and it's fun to watch too!) And some nights he just has to chill while we do things or if we are exhausted.

| Puzzle Toys? Puzzle toys sound great! I know my Chloe' would love that and since she's so little I need to find ways to entertain her too...where can I find these type of toys? |

| Petsmart has some. I like the Busy Buddy Twist & Treat. I put his breakfast in there. http://www.busybuddytoys.com/moreinfo.cfm?Product_ID=2 I also use his Kong with both dry cookies and peanut butter, cream cheese, etc. Try to use good peanut butter - like an organic, unsalted kind you'd get at Trader Joes or a Whole Foods type place. Loki is like 9 pounds and he has a medium sized Kong. He likes the bigger one! Then he has a Giggle Treat Ball. It's big, but he knocks it around and treats fall out. There's also something called a buster cube which is similar. Also, this is not interactive but Loki LOVES Loopies.

| How about a game of hide n seek. Or try hiding your keys or a treat/bone or something and having him find it. |
