| I put the toys in the washing machine with a very small amount of detergent. It doesn't take much at all. Then I double rinse and dry in the dryer.

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | I use the washing machine and dryer too, everything comes out great, they make dog toys so much better than they use to make children’s toys.

| I use unscented sensitive skin laundry detergent (All or Arm&Hammer) on all the pups bedding and toys.If I am washing an "accident" I spray w/ enzymatic cleaner(Natures Miracle) first and use non chlorine(hydrogen peroxide) in the wash. I put a big laundry bag (used for infant laundry- zip up) of toys in with their bedding wash every week. Hang it all out in the sunshine to dry. |

| I put their toys in a mesh laundry bag & wash it like regular laundry. I use the arm & hammer detergent too, no fabric softeners. After it's washed, I make sure I squeeze all the squeakers to let the water out & let them air dry. I put them in a grocery bag & keep it in the closet & when they're bored, I take out the bag & they dig through the toys like it's new loll!

| Ours don't last enough to warrant a cleaning! Although, when Scrappy was around, he's hoard all his favorite toys and lick them for hours on end and would clean them! He had one squeaky bear from Target that would get filthy, and when it did, he'd lick it till all the gross dirt was gone, and replace it with his spit. LOL

| Rubber toys I would just wash in the sink with a sponge and soap.

I wash all the rubber balls w/just water. Momo will find ways to entertain himself & roll or drop the balls into crevices, under furniture & make me fetch it! It comes out all dirty & dusty & I end up cleaning under there & washing his balls!

| If it's a stuffed toy I just throw it in the washer/dryer and rinse two times. If it's rubber or another synthetic 'chewy' type of a toy I use a Mr. Clean dry erase sponge with a concentration of half water and half Healthy Habitat...then I just run it under plain water and dry with a paper towel. If it's a squeaky toy with holes in it I throw it away and buy a new one. |

| Washer and dryer. And, for those of you with frequently torn up toys, I again highly recommend Fugly Friends. I have been collecting them since January and not one has been killed by my pups! Those are the only toys I will buy for them now.
