| Please tell me about your 'purse' pet carriers! I am planning on getting a Esme the kind of pet carrier that can get her into dinner and a movie! Please tell me about your pet carrier! I really like the Bali's on petote.com but would love to hear from someone who actually has one. Thanks in advance for all your help and info!

| I am surprised Schatzie's isn't worn out as we use it so much. It is also airline approved which is handy for when we travel. Hers is a fauz leather with mesh on each sides that zips and snaps. It also has a hook inside to attach a short lead for safety purposes. It was found online almost a year ago. I love to use it and Schatzie feels safe and comforted when in it if we go into an enviornment that may stress her out, for instance the vet...

| I have two different types of carriers for Duke, one is by Outward Hound and the other is by Fido and Company. I prefer the Fido and Company bag, because it comes with a really nice, plush pillow for Duke to lay on, and there is no way that he can escape from this bag because it zips all the way up. It also has long leather straps, and a large leather side pocket so I will be able to place my passport, airline tickets, and boarding pass when Duke and I travel this summer. The bag is also great for me to bring Duke into the office with me, because the flap lays flat on the ground and Duke can enter and exit as he pleases. Although the Outward Hound bag is much smaller, I don't particularly care for it because being the little escape artist that Duke can be at times, he can easily try to jump out of the top of the bag -- yikes! There are a lot of really great bags out there, so have fun looking for just the "right" bag for Esme. |

| The bali bags are WONDERFUL! We sell those in our store and I have one as well for Bounce. Although my favorite is a faux alligator skin one with two pockets on the outside for my things and plenty of room inside for Bounce. No one even knows it's a doggie carrier! The best ones to use to sneak him into movies and restaurants and such are ones like the bali and the one I described. They zip ALL AROUND and leave no room for the to poke their head out unless you roll the flap up and let them. Obviously, in a restaurant you won't be doing that. A lot of carriers now come with little pillows or pads for them to lay on as well. If not though, I ALWAYS fold up Bouncer's favorite fleece baby blankie and stick it in there with him for extra comfort.

| Kate Spade dog carrier. She makes one every year, I believe. Although I'm not fond of her normal purses (they're too conservative and plain for my wild tastes) her dog carriers are perfect for Otis. He can turn around in one and sometimes takes a nap on it. He knows it's his bag. Plus no one knows there's a dog in there. |

| That is REALLY cute, FastEddie! There was a supercute one last year that was canvas with a drawing of a dog on the side, but it was waaaay too expensive, and it was a tad bigger than what he has now. Scroll down this link: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...sPageName=WDVW One thing to look for in a dog bag: MAKE SURE THE STRAPS ARE FAT!! I actually had a Juicy Couture dog bag, but I had to return it because the straps were skinny like licorice, and would cut into my shoulders. Very painful. Here's Otis's bag now. It's sooo trashed! | Fancy schmancy! Yeah, pretty bling bling. Brighton had some cool carriers a year or two ago. (Yes, Yoda's Mommy goes shopping for Yoda accessories A LOT!). Otis's bag is cool, so custom! |

| What's Brighton? Is that a label or a store in Seattle? That pink KS on eBay is so adorable. Is Yoda's mom gonna bid on it? |

| Brighton is a brand (upscale I guess), carried by lots of stores evidently. They have a few of their own stores here in Seattle and there's some in California too. I guess I they only had one carrier... We almost got this one I think, but it was $295! http://www.brightonretail.com/store/...detail&p=LG400 |

| Coach There's a Coach carrier that's for dogs. I thought it was nice, I like the classic signature Coach has. I wasn't able to buy her the carrier, but she did get the Coach collar and leash. They're both $68. Right now I put her in my Coach purse, it's big enough for her to jump in and out in. But I prefer to get a carrier because she's getting a little to happy with sticking her head out and barking at men. This is my honey, Tyesha |
