| There are differnet types of kong toys. Some have holes for you to put the doggie biscuits in and the others have crevices that you fill with kong paste. I bought the kong that you fill with the paste. This paste is supposed to be good doggie dental stuff. Its green(can shows it beign white) and a super gross mess. And Chloe hated it. SHe also hated the KOng toy. Doesnt even touch it. It was a real waste of $16 for me. I really dont recommend them but maybe others on here had better luck.

| Sully basically hates his dang kong, LOL......but I roll up a piece of sliced sandwich cheese and stuff it in there....and then I put it in the freezer for a few hours. When it's frozen, I take it out and let Sully lick on it until it thaws out and then I put it back in the freezer. It's a fun treat, great for the summer, and the cheese lasts a long time when you only give it to your dog when frozen. I tried the peanut butter thing before I realized that Sully is like the only dog on the planet that really hates peanut butter. Go figure right?! That was a mess to clean out of the kong too!

| I did try cheez wiz on it and she licked the cheese off, but she would do that to a $1.00 toy so its nothing special. The whole reason I bought it was hoping she would chew on it for her teeth and gums. Fancy toys just dont ever work for me and my babies. My dogs prefer chewing on a sock

| You can put anything in them. I don't use the Kong treats though. We use yogurt drops and other treats.

| Ramsey loves when I put something in it but he will play with it plain now. I'm so glad I got it. It keeps him quiet in the morning so he wont bark and wake up my mom. |

| I got a couple things that you can put treats in but they were a different brand than kong. They are both purple and are by Premier Pet. One is sort of dumbell-shaped (it's called Waggle) and you can put treats in both ends. If you throw it on it's ends it bounces around. Samson really likes it. It's also sort of rubbery in the middle part where he picks it up so he can shake it around. The other (called Twist n Treat) has two pieces that screw together, one on top of the other and you put treats inside. You can make it wider or smaller to determine how easily the treats come out. Samson pushes that one around on the floor with his nose because he smells the treats, it's pretty cute! The premier Pet line has treats that will fit in these or you can use whatever. They had other types of these toys too. I've seen these toys at a couple places online but I ordered them online from doggygifts.com. They have free shipping with no minimum purchase! |

| Don't pay $16.00 for them. Walmart carries the small red ones for about $5.

| I put dog biscuits in Bells, and Yes the ones in Walmart are just as good only cheaper.. If your dog doesn't like biscuits, try a biscuit in peanut butter.. He will play with it for hours.. Or until he figures it out and then the fun is over.. Bell kind of knows if she chews it in the right way the biscuit will fall out.. She is too smart!

| I put a small greenie in it. The greenie hangs out and she eats it and the little nub leftover stays in it and she goes crazy trying to get it out. We also aren't afraid of her choking on the little nub, since it is stuck in the kong. I usually stick a pen in it to push it out once she gets tired of it and I put in a new one. She gets a new one probably once every 2 weeks.
