| Well, anything that can be swallowed would be a no no. Some people are suspicious of toys made in China (rubber or laytex) because of all of the recalls due to lead.

| I recently bought a kong for my girl and I filled up with the puppy spread and she loves it so far. She gets bored of her toys very quickly so I am keeping my fingers crossed with this

Take the toybox or whatever you keep them in & DUMP them out - start putting them back and your yorkie will be acting like you're stealing all their favorite toys and play with them - You'll hear them yell - "THAT'S MY FAVORITE - No WAIT !! - THAT'S my favorite" and grab it right out of your hand - Keep doing that till all the toys are back in their proper place - then look at your floor - there'll be toys EVERYWHERE and maybe 2 in the box and you'll have a happy PLAYING Yorkie I swear - it works every time in my house...it's like Christmas only you didn't have to shop | |

| LMAO! That reminds me of the time I cleaned out Gizmo's toy box looking for toys made in China. He looked like this.. ...and tried to take them all back! Oh yes, it's a whole new ball game when they think you might take them away.

| That is so funny Villette! My girls do the same thing. We have a holiday doggie visitor while her mommy is on vacation and she loves playing with all my girls toys; there is nothing that gets them playing faster then somebody new playing with their things! It looked like a doggy daycare at my house this weekend. My two love the kong wubba toy, and kong air toys with squeakers.

| Toys Being a new Mom to Bailey I have found that a plastic nose will be eaten right off. Threaded noses, eyes etc may taken off as well but not easily. He has soft toys for the most part w/ squeekers and loves them. I won't buy any plastic toys from China. He can live w/o them and doesn't really need them. I recently bought him a bone and he loves it. I read it is good for his teeth and I can tell it is. I found a link yesterday to share w/ you: www.dog.com. Great prices on clothing, toys etc. I was looking for interactive toys as Bailey is home when I'm @ work. BTW, I did order the hide & seek squirral. Too cute. |

| Toy Recommendation Hi, I have a Yorkie, Tobie, he is 1 1/2 years old. They love plush toys, but if your dog is like mine, they will check the plush up in one minute. I give tobie rubber or nyla-bones, or even rope toys for teething and keeping his teeth strong. I found this cool website recently, actually, a friend recommended it to me, and I signed up. They are a monthly toy company, and having a dog who loves toys, it's really convenient to have the toys shipped to me every month. Maybe this would work for you. www.lilchewers.com Hope that helped. |

| Soft, plush toys are the way to go for puppies. He LOVES his teddy bear that makes a squeaky sound, and its not to big for him. Also, he hads rubber toys but he doesn't like them as much as the soft, plush ones. We do not give him rubber/laytex toys from China, don't want to take any chances with recalls and all. Also, no rawhides, vet advised against it.
