Thats an excellent idea. Dior keeps a puppy cut but she hates the noise of velcro.

As you all know, my darling Annika's coat is quite long now so I have had trouble getting her dress harness on her without worrying about her gorgeous coat getting tangled in the velcro : so I had to come up with a new design that would address this problem

As you can see, every detail has been well thought of The velcro closure you normally see around the neck has been replaced and is now secured with a bottonhole. And in place of the velcro on the chest area, you will find 2 side-buckle release hardwares (larger sizes will only have 1 side buckle). The d-rings are strategically placed where pressure is most needed, but artfully hidden underneath the embellishment. Of course, even with these wonderful changes, I made sure these dresses will continue to look adorably cute and the quality maintained. So now, not only Annika but anyone with long coats wanting to continue being a FASHIONISTA will truly enjoy this gofetch VELCRO-FREE dress harness.

I will NOT discontinue any of my vests/harness/dress with the velcro feature because it is still a wonderful and realiable closure especially for those who are sporting a puppy cut coat

WOW!!!!!!!! Des, make a velcro-less something for the boys. I am letting Bobbi's coat grow out and we'd love something similar (not a dress of course )

that is such a great idea, i always get Rosi's hair caught in the velcro, plus i have had them come open when velcro gets wet or had to replace velcro because it wears out

Des........that is GREAT!

I love the hidden D-ring!!!! Wow! I have always wanted to try to hide the ones that stand out on Mojo's clothes...so that is a WONDERFUL change!!

The adjustable buckle straps underneath...Wow! What a great alternative to velcro and even snaps that might come undone (for those pullers)!!!

GREAT JOB!!! ---as always!

i think the dress itself is very very pretty

I don't think Baby Morgan will be able to wiggle out of this because of the criss-cross feature And with the d-ring strategically placed, all the pressing is on the chest/mid section. The hoodies, unless very, very tight are meant to be worn comfortably loose so it is very possible to wiggle out of it .
