|  A very special outfit and "I am cute as a bug" Collection As a few of you already know I have been wanting to make Annika a birthday dress this year to make up for last year not having the time to do one for her . . . .well I came down with a very bad flu the week of her birthday so not only did I not finish the dress, I had to cancell her birthday party  . . .but by the time I have recovered from the flu, I had a huge backlog to make on holiday dresses that required my immediate attention . . . Well I am so excited as I finally finished her birthday dress and will soon be trying it out on her . . . I aboslutely love the fabric because it can be both a birthday dress as well as a special one that can be worn throughout the season . . .even the caption is very meaningful "It's a treat . . . a day so sweet" because that is what she is to me . . every day since she came into my life. I know many of you feel the same way about your furbabies so I am making this dress available as well for everyone who wants one. You can have it personalized (like I did) or just have it as "a day so sweet" . . . It also comes in an aqua print that is just as adorable  . Another option is a green tulle in place of the white scalloped underlay for those who are huge fans of the tulle underlay. For those interested in this dress will be on my website before the end of the week . . .

| Spring Collection I finally also got around to making a sample of the "I'm cute as a bug" collection using these wonderful lightweight corduroy fabrics matching it with denim and tulle (or scallop edge eyelet). The other corduroy fabric options: pink and aqua. I have the ladybug embroidery, and 2 other choices (Dragonfly and Butterfly) all perfect for spring/summer wear.
