Fleet Farm in our area has a few of the POP UP PLAYPEN's in stock again after several months of being out of stock. They are $44.89 and the deminsions are 48"X48"X28". Floor mat and screen cover are included. I believe the manufacture is located in Phx, AZ. www.waremfginc.com if you need to try and locate someone selling them other than Fleet Farm. It's getting to cold out to use them now but it seems in summer they can't keep them in stock. It might be worth it to buy one and save it till summer.:aimeeyork

http://origin.ih.constantcontact.com...=1102815377854 Congratulations to our neighbor Wisconsin!

On October 27, 2009, the Wisconsin Assembly approved the Commercial Dog Breeders Licensure Bill by a unanimous vote (96 to 0).

Then, on November 5, 2009, the Wisconsin Senate, also by unanimous vote (32 to 0), approved the bill to regulate dog breeders.

The legislation now moves to the Wisconsin governor for his signature.

Good news
Like Minnesota, Wisconsin has been trying to deal with inhumane dog breeders for years. The Wisconsin Legislature recognized the problem and took action.

This is great news for the animals and people of Wisconsin; hopefully, this will encourage Minnesota legislators to show the same leadership.

To learn more, go to: No Wisconsin Puppy Mills

Bad news
Minnesota is now one of the few remaining states without any state regulation -
no licensing, inspections or enforcement. With Wisconsin moving forward, there is a greater chance that irresponsible breeders will cross the border and set up operations in "unregulated" Minnesota. This gives further reason as to why we must all convince Minnesota legislators to pass Senate File 7/House File 253.

I have a beautiful baby boy Grady. I get him groomed regularly. But in between going to the groomer I give him baths at home. Can anyone suggest some good shampoo and conditioner? Right now I am using baby shampoo and Pantene hair conditioner. He has a beautiful coat, and I want to keep it that way. I just don't know what is best to use on him.
Thanks Teri :wavey:

*I am cross posting this from the Yorkie Health section, into the regional section for my state*

Lorelei turns one year old in November, and we want to have her spayed. She has had one heat cycle already (around August) but she is so tiny our vet recommended we wait a few more months until she turned 1. At one year she only weighs about 2-2.5lbs. She was the runt of the litter and is really tiny. I have heard so many horror stories about tiny Yorkies not waking up from anesthesia or other complications. I am absolutely terrified at the prospect of having Lori spayed. Right now I am torn, I wouldn't mind her coming into heat as my male is already neutered and we can buy those little diapers for her but she still has several baby teeth that need to be pulled. Which I know they usually do at the same time as spaying. Does anyone have any advice for me? Or better yet know of a great vet in Indianapolis, IN that they have used before?
