Car Travel Just wondering - those of us in the UK. How do you travel your dogs when they are in the car? I am hoping to get a FidoRido from the US. We have nothing like that over here and are so limited.

Depends on circumstances & which car I'm using. If I'm taking the bigger dogs as well, I use the Landrover & they all go in the back behind the dog guard. If it's just the Yorkies & I'm in the Mini they curl up on the seat & go to sleep.

The car seats didn't work for us. I bought three and they did the same thing with each one........just hung over the side. I finally bought the look out bench seat. They just totally LOVE it. They are so content and just snooze everywhere we go. I'm just more than thrilled with it!!!

Oh, I forgot to mention that this lookout bench seat is lighter than even one lookout single seat.

| Travelling Yorkies Hi, My two 4 month old puppies wear harnesses and are secured on the back seat of my pickup truck along with their big Auntie Pepsi who is a 10 year old Yorkie. Pepsi soon gave the puppies the right idea - it's far better to travel laying down nestling into the pillow provided for comfort. They all fall asleep within 10 mins of starting the engine. Sun shades on all back windows give them plenty of shade and privacy! They are never left alone in the truck for longer than 10 mins. Just think ahead and plan your journey with opportunities for toilet stops and you and them will be fine. Bon Voyage
