I'm still pretty new to YT, and I was wondering is there ever a UK meet-up? I know there is an international meet-up but as its in the US its just t far for me and it'd be too difficult to take Mika!

I would love to go to UK meet ups! as far as i know there don't seem to be any here...i wonder if there has been any in the past? My In-Laws live in Crewe and another member i'm in contact with on here (DianeW) is also in Cheshire...so maybe we could arrange something sometime?

You're all pretty south of me... the nearest members to me are Lara, (less than 25mins away) whose not been on in months and Maria's about an hour or so away.

HI everyone i would love to meet up with a few people. We live near Heathrow airport but don`t mind getting on a train to meet other yorkie`s xx

We are quite far from everyone, the Uk also has a rescue site and I think they were going to try and have a meetup.

How many YTer's is there in the UK? Any idea? It would be nice for as many as poss to get together! I'm not a great organizer I don't mind pitching I'm just not good at taking charge! Whereabouts do most UKYTer's live? I've noticed afew in North- Scotland,Nottingham and here in Cheshire but there are some of you down South, so how do we decide where to hold a meet-up?I think maybe its easier for people in the South to get up North than it might be for people in Scotland to get down South!? But I don't know What do others think? Maybe we could come up with a list of people who are interested and how far they're are able to travel?!! Do you think this thread should be in General discussion? May get more interest, but I thought I posted there originally and maybe it had been moved by admin! Is this possible? Anyway don't mind me I'm babbling on.....

Quite a few members of the yorkie forum in the UK are going to the Cold Wet Nose show on 12th July

The Yorkie Rescue is also going to have a fun day and barbecue in Lincolnshire at the end of August
