Hi there everyone, I've decided that I want to have a purebred Yorkshire terrier.

That being said I was recommended this site from the very breeder that I would like to buy my first dog off of.

I would just like to know if anyone has had any experience with Anita or Peter.

They have a website that looks very professional and Anita sounds like a lovely person. www.kingcreek.net

Just double checking to see who has had experience with them.

Miniature shih tzu's are being sold by them?? Thats like breeding teacup yorkies...no difference..I would be hestitant to buy from them..

Wow!! They have yorkies, imperial shih-tzu, silkies and rag dolls!!!! And ask very high prices too. I would be careful. Ask about health guarantees!!

Definetly the more I read and the wording that is used such as "good conversational piece" what the heck..the more I am turned off by them. Imperial Shih Tzu's are just made up..there isnt such a thing..just like teacup or micro yorkies so that really turns my stomach!!

Hi I have seen there website and the dogs look dirty and very untidy I haven heard any good stories reegarding that kennel

my only experience was that I asked if she could help me with the difference between a silky and a yorky and she wasn't much help - I found more info in 5 minutes on this site than from Anita. Hmm some expert. I also shy from any place advertising things like teacup and Imperial anything.

Funny how I recognize your name and signature...you inquired about pups from me and didn't you break a promise to ME? Please don't go around dissing Kingcreek when you are the one spying on them and never going for the promised visit to their house where you would see for yourself our dogs live in a doggy haven. I've never been to a better establishment and I SHOW MY dogs!
And for those of you who are interested in the miniature shih tzu....it is correct that breed standard requires them to be larger FOR SHOWING only. They make very cute, healthy sweet companion animals and I think she gives a whoopping a 4 year health guarantee.

Thats because she get inquires ALL the timeand the differences are clearly posted on her site when you take the time to read it.

I advize you to read her page on breed differences...she has tons of info on that...read before you diss.

This thread is from 2007... I'm sure the OP must have gotten his/her answer one way or another.

Whether or not you're defending your own kennel or a kennel you patron may be better off being done on the "breeder reviews" section. I have seen on another recent thread a posting about a discontented buyer from said kennel who had less than positive dealings with them. Either way, good luck to any buyer buying from anybody.
