| Hi! To get anything affordable, I'd recommend buying off Ebay. You can get some really cute stuff for about $10 US a piece with reasonable shipping rates. If you don't mind spending a bit more, there are a few boutiques around town but they're pricey. One place that I plan on checking out once I get my little prince is Mona's at Dufferin and Queen. The website is http://www.monasforpets.com/shop.cfm. Oh! And I just remembered: there's a kiosk (just a little place in the middle of the hall) in the Eaton Centre downtown on the lower level near Shoppers. They have the CUTEST little outfits and accessories for dogs! You HAVE to check them out! Last edited by Safire; 11-07-2006 at 06:03 PM. |

| I have seen the kiosk in Eaton Centre. They do have cute stuffs there. If you are downtown, there is the Umbrella Pet Services..lots of choices for clothing there, not so sure about the size..with the huge stock, there should be something really small. I don't know what prices you are looking for. For me, it is kinda pricey in those stores.Maybe you can find something online.I bought mine all by chance when they are on a bargain.

| I hadn't heard of Umbrella Pet. Thanks for the heads up Potter! I'm going to have to check that out! I live near the beaches and there's a few stores I go to down there on Queen (Bark & Fitz, Three Dog Bakery), but it's all so expensive I've never really bought much there! Ebay it baby. |

| This is great! I just moved back to Toronto this past weekend! I didn't have my babies when I lived here before so I'm excited to get shopping at any puppy boutiques around. Where is the Umbrella Pet Services? I found a couple just in searching online... I haven't checked them out yet so I don't even know if they're still around or not...or what they're prices are like... Bobo Canada - 777 Bay St. (at Bay and College) Downtown Fine Pets - 595 Bay St. Metro Hound - 1003 Kingston Rd. Chic Boutique - 128 Harbord St.

| Head's up on Dowtown Fine Pets - I tried to go find it (the address tells me it should be in the Atrium on Bay) but I couldn't find it. I think it's closed. I found Bobo's a few weeks ago - it's at College Park, a bit tricky to find but keep going through the path and you'll get there. It's a pretty small spot but they've got some cute stuff. I love the little winter boots they've got. The real good ones for $60, not the flimsy slipper kind. Haven't been to Metro Hound or Chic Boutique. I went by the kiosk in the Eaton Centre today at lunch. They have the most adorable little camo shirt with an army "dog tag" attached! I love it! It's $35 and they'll even engrave the dog tag with your dog's name. How cute is that? |

| [QUOTE=Safire]Hi! To get anything affordable, I'd recommend buying off Ebay. You can get some really cute stuff for about $10 US a piece with reasonable shipping rates. I shopped on ebay and was paying $ 10-15 per outfit, plus shipping and twice I had to pay custom fee and taxes ! Then I ordered Petedge catalog and found out that ALL the items I bought on ebay were there at least 50% cheaper. Some were more like 75%. I e-mailed the seller and she said that was the place she bought her items. So now I shop from the catalog.

| Barb - what's the shipping rates from Petedge to Canada? Have you ordered anything yet? I'm interested... I just got ding'ed for my first customs charge on something shipped from the states. Ugh. Everything I've bought off ebay so far has been marked 'gift' so thankfully I haven't needed to pay customs. |

We bought like crazy ! All outfist were 4.99 and I paid 14.99 on ebay. The shipping for everything was 14.99 and I paid 4.99 for one piece on ebay. We didn't get our parcel yet but I asked them to mark "gift" on it. I just got my order from another site with Missing Link Plus (14.99 for 1lb !!!) and Cowboy Magic. I didn't pay custom or taxes on it. I also bought Juicy Couture dog carrier on ebay for $160 US and it's a little bit too tight for Piccolo. I have to return it but of course I have to pay shipping charges. I am really fed up with ebay ! You can order Petedge catalog on line or call # for Canada :800 738 3343

| That sounds great. I just went online and ordered a catalogue. I was just afraid when it said it ships UPS - UPS orders to Canada can be a bit sticky if they don't mark 'gift'. UPS charges an extortion-like fee (upwards of $50!!) for customs handling . If they are willing to mark 'gift' that's awesome! I can definitely find $60 worth to order! |

| Thanks for the info everyone. Here's a link to a helpful guide: Canada & US import/export. It explains what to expect in the way of duty tax when you order from the US (or vice-versa). If you're looking for bows, a couple Canadians sell beautiful bows and you don't have to worry about taxes or crazy shipping: http://www.dogform.com http://www.bouclesperleblanche.com And here's a link to Bobo Canada's online store (which carries a fair bit of Puppy Angel ): http://www.bobocanada.com/main/modeng/name/onlinestore Anne |
