Welcome Jane & Sweetie! How old is Sweetie? She is adorable and I love her coloring! It is fun watching Ginger change everyday - she is getting more gray all the time, especially on her head! She was only 3 mos old yesterday so it will be interesting to see how she looks in another 3 mos. Have fun with this site, I am really enjoying all the wonderful posts!

Welcome Jane, Peeka, Emerald, and Duchess! We have a Maltese, too! He is 3 yrs old and not to nice to our new baby, yet! Was your Maltese the first in your fur-family? Would love to see a pic of them all!!!

no actually we got Peeka first and then 5 months later we got our maltese Duchess and then a year later we got Emerald our second yorkie, and two days agao we welcomed 3 more little gems, Ruby passed away, but Garnet and Topaz are doing great gaining great! As soon as I have pictures i sure will post i do not own a digital camera!

WOW! This is a great.
I'm not a Canadian but I just had to say hello to all of you. Montana is close, isn't it? I lived in BC for a short time years ago, and grew up outside of Detroit where sister city, Windsor, was very close by as well. Have traveled across your beautiful country from east to west many times and love it there. Hope you love YT

My name is Sally, and I live in Newfoundland and Labrador. I just lost my Yorkie about 2 wks ago. and looking for a new baby. Anyone know of any good breeders. I have checked out a few sites, and have had some responses. Anyone know of any breeders? Thank you for your time

Hi Barbara, Sweetie is 11/2yrs

. She just had her third heat. I plan to bread her next time. This winter Sweetie's colour change again, this will be the third change too. The colour around her face is what is have really notice. She is becoming more beautiful each day. :Puppy: Puppies grow-up to be big puppies and she is my pride and joy.

Hi from a fellow bc'er.I've been in Calgary for a year and have had enough !!We're moving back to the island in July.Regarding putting your dog down below on the plane I wouldn't do it.There are alot of people who do and have never had a problem but there have also been many deaths(look on the internet)If your dog is small enough that the kennel can go under the seat then your dog can fly with you however the dog needs to be able to stand inside the kennel.

Heh, I'm actually Jane's brother Sean. I have Sheila. She's 15 months now and weighs a little over 3 pounds. Sweetie and Sheila come from the same breeder. I live in downtown Toronto (King Street West area) and my little fur baby can be seen daily at Umbrella Pet Services (www.umbrellapetservices.ca) where she goes to doggie daycare everyday and where she is pretty much the store mascot

I think I was one of the early ones to come to yorkietalk and was the first donating member

. This site was a great help when I first got Sheila, I can't begin to explain the warmth and support I received. Sheila and I have settled down nicely so I only come by here once in a blue moon now. For yorkie related issues though this where I come first!

Hi, I am new to this message board and I am from Ont. I have 4 yorkies who let me live with them. I share my home with 2 females and 2 males. They range in age Molly 3yrs, Tara 5yrs, Kiwi 4.5yrs and Sebastian 3.5yrs. I look forward to talking to other yorkie parents

Where are you in Ontario...I am in Oakville and have a little guy, just 5 months old...his name is Fletcher and he is "the best dog in the world"...present company included of course!!

Fletcher is the first Yorkie I have ever had and I am hooked. He is so lovable and loyal.
