| University of Illinois Vet Med dog health articles. While I was searching for information on veterinary anesthesiology for another thread, I came across the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine website's articles on dog health issues: Dogs Archives - University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine There are many interesting articles there, including articles on what to do if your dog swallows an object, probiotics (and how to choose the best one), reading pet food labels, cancer chemotherapy, allergy shots, broken teeth, etc. They are written for the general public. I enjoyed their article on spaying and neutering: Sorting the Science on Spay and Neuter Surgeries - Veterinary Medicine at Illinois. That article mentions a June 2017 review article on the risks and benefits of spaying and neutering coauthored by a U of I researcher and found here: https://pdfs.semanticscholar.org/261...620920cc91.pdf.
