No Longer a Member | Southern Calfornia Yorkie meetup in Riverside county Hi all, I'm kind of new here, and in another thread, I saw that there are several people with yorkies in Southern California. I live in Eastvale, which is the new community off the 15 fwy at Limonite. Anyway, we recently opened a brand new dog park, and I thought it would be nice to break-it-in with a yorkie meetup. The dog park has a small dog side. So if anyone is interested, I'd like to set one up. I'd love to meet other yorkie owners. No frills, no contests or anything, just bring your yorkie (and any other small breed dog you may have). Anyway, how does Saturday, February 10 at 1:30 pm sound? Here's the info: What: Yorkie meet-up (other small breeds welcomed too) Where: at the Dog Park at Harada Heritage Park Corner of Cleveland Ave. and 65th St Corona, CA 92880 (the dog park is at the westernmost end of the park along 65th) Mapquest Link When: Saturday, February 10, 2006, at 1:30 pm All are welcome! There are picnic tables, so you can bring a lunch and make it a picnic if you like. I'll also post this in the Inland Empire Toy Breeds group at Dogster, and I'll put up flyers at the local Petsmart. Post in this thread if you can make it. Misty |

| Nice that you have a new park! Too far for us though. Just wanted to mention that we are in a Yorkie meetup group in San Diego. At the website meetup.com you can search for a group by state, city etc. Or you can start your own Yorkie or toy breed meetup group. Have fun at your meetup.

| YAY! Bella and I would love to come. We'll probably be there. I seen that you posted this on dogster earlier.

| Thanks for the Mapquest link, that helps alot! I'll put it in my mental calendar and see if we can't make it. That would be really fun as long as the weather's nice. Great idea!

No Longer a Member | Oh good, I'm so excited. I was worried no one would be able to come. I had visions of me sitting all alone at the park with crickets chirping LOL! I'm looking forward to it! Let's hope it doesn't rain or the wind doesn't kick up again. (so sick of that wind!) |
