| Hello! I do not have any suggestions for local breeders, sorry. I thought I had gotten my pup from a lady in Sac who was posing as a breeder but was buying pups from all over and selling them. (Babydoll Yorkies). My pup Sophie actually came from a puppy mill in Missouri, but she is adorable and I love her. There is a lady in Discovery Bay, Stockton who I almost bought a pup from and she is very genuine. Her name is Mary and I believe her website is called Delightful Yorkshire Terriers. Just do a search and you can find them. There are a few ladies here in Chico that are brokers, you will find their listings in Chico Enterprise. They too are buying pups from wherever and selling them. They are trying to pass off some puppies as full bred when they are acutally Yorkipoos or Morkies. There are really no breeders in this area (I don't know why) I would definitely try Delightful Yorkshire Terriers. Her pups are reasonably priced and she seems trustworthy. I almost went to her house, but the situation with my pup came up that day. I would love to meet up with you and your pup when you are ready! Good luck and keep in touch! Collette |

| Sopihie is soo cute. I have been doing some research and have found a few breeders that I like one is in Yuba City and the other is in Nevada(four hour drive for me) I have had dogs shipped before but I prefer to be able to play with the puppy and find one that best fits in the personality department. It will be awhile before I actually bring home my fur baby but I can wait That seems weird that there are no breeders in the Chico area. I have a friend that got her Yorkie in Durham so I plan on calling her and getting more info. Thank you soo much, I am off to google Delightful yorkies Have a nice day.
