| This is typical for the puppy. It's all about the play and they love to play "get my feet, belly, and bottom". We had that challenge at our house. If you have a good play session pror to brushing they tend to relax more. We had two brushes - one to brush with and the other to chew on while we were brushing. |

| I have the same problem, I sprayed the top of the brush with bitter apple and she didn't want it anymore.

| Puppy brushing Tiffany does the same thing. She hates to have her tummy and head brushed. I'll try the tips. Thanks everyone. |

Mollie use to be the same way. My vet had a really good suggestion. She told me to try and put her either on the washer or dryer to groom. I never tried it because she started getting better. The only other thing I can suggest is patience. Wyatt runs from me if he even thinks he may be getting brushed out or a bathe and holds a grudge for most of the day. Good Luck and keep us posted.
