I called them and gave them an earfull and all they offered was a new pup....NO WAY cuz I was attatched to my little girl by then....so they gave me a $$ refund for "some" of the cost. Funny thing is they didn't even ask for proof of vet bills etc. They just did it over the phone and sent the check in the mail. Obviously not too surprised at these health issues.
While I adore my little Presely and she really is pretty.....she grew to be twice as large as they estimated and she was sick for the first 3 months of her life. I now know they are seriously shady and I would never get a pup from them again. Their business however has only seemed to have grown, as I check out their site from time to time. It was a hard lesson learned.

I am sorry to hear of your experience with cancer. however i would think that the doctors you are going to see are also seeing cancer patients. Ones that not only received surgery, but chemo. chemo makes people immunocompromized. So i cant imagine a doctor allowing a dog in the office. is gigi a certified service dog?

After Joining I Told Ben That I Joined Due To The Strong Feelings I Had About What Was Being Said About Them. He Seemed As Though He Thought What I Was Thinking That Most Of The Negative Comments Were From Assumptions. I Have Had Gigi For A Month Now And I Have Not Recieved any Papers From Them. Not Rabies, Health Cert. Or Kdf Reg Despite My Phone Requests. I Still Know What I Saw And I Did See A Clean Home With Two Female Yorkies And One Male Stud. I Could See How Gigi Looked Just Like The Daddy. However, I Only Saw One Tiny Pom. I Could Not See Every Room But There Was One Pom. Gigi Was Given To Me At 8 Months Of Age And She Is Healthy But I Had To Get Her The Rabbies Shot And Still No Papers? Maybe It Was Because? I Don't Know? I Just Know That He Was Kind Enough To Give Me Gigi Whom I Wouldn't Trade For Anything. Yet Ben Has Not Made Good On What He Told Me He Would Do. Last But Not Least. I Do Take Gigi In A Bag To My Kaiser Dr. And I Have Kidney Cancer That Is Only Treatable With Surgery. I Lost My Bussiness In April 2007 And Had Most Of My Left Kidney Removed On June 19, 2007. I Hope I Shed Some Light On All This Mess And I Will Only Post About What I Know Of First Hand.

I just want to share my opinion. I come from Taiwan, Asia. For kennels in Taiwan. They are breeding for money....and profit and will breed any size of dogs...even the tiny. They are puppymills and lock their dogs in tiny cages...believe me they proabably never have come out of their tiny cages.This is very sad but this is reality. I visited a yorkie kennel in taiwan two years ago.( they breed for tiny teacup yorkies) They locked their dogs in small cages in the attic. They do not do any testing on their dogs before breeding. Please do not buy any dog from Asia country....because you are mostly likely supporting puppymills.
