| Heavenly Yorkies (Beware) I put down a deposit on a male puppy from Heavenly Yorkies Gail Rodriguez Webster Indiana. A day before i was to pick the pup up she called and said the pup was sick at the Vet. The next day the pup died. She told me she would send me the deposit back. Weeks went by and nothing. A received a e-mail saying with the large Vet Bills they her and her husband dont think they should send me my deposit back.. I know i have already posted this on another Thread but, i was told to but it in the breeders threads..just so this doesnt happened to anyone else.. I am so upset i lost my little Payton i went and visited him took pictures and got attached..I dont want anyone to have to go thru that experience.. Please ask question about your deposit.. | A letter is being sent to her. If she doesnt respond with in 10 days..I am going to small claims court..Its not about the 250.00 deposit. I just want here to do this to someone else.. I am not on a list for another pup..She told me after the pup died she had 3 families waiting for a Dec litter..I dont know how many pups will come out of that litter and if there will be a male that i requested.. |

| Thread i posted I put a deposit down on a male Yorkie. The day before i was suppose to pick him up. I received a call from the breeder saying he was at the Vet on a IV. She said his two sister died and she thinks he has Parvo. She told me if he didn't make it she would return my deposit..He passed the next day. She sounded upset and i told her when she was ready call me and we will talk about the deposit. After a week and half i never heard anything. I called her and ask about her upcoming litters. She said she had a litter coming in Dec but, had 3 people on her waiting list. I told her since she couldn't guarantee and male i will go ahead and get my deposit back. She agreed and said she would send out that Friday..A week later nothing. So, e-mailed her for the status. She replied that the puppy died of Corona and her and husband think that with the high Vet Bill that they don't think they should send the deposit and on her sight she states the deposit is non refundable. I reminded her she told me she would send my deposit back and she said she misspoke out of grief I feel it is non refundable if i decided not to get the pup.I never had the pup in my possession..Does anyone have any suggestion on what i could do to get my deposit back..Help |

| You've gotta be kidding............... She replied that the puppy died of Corona and her and husband think that with the high Vet Bill that they don't think they should send the deposit and on her sight she states the deposit is non refundable. I reminded her she told me she would send my deposit back and she said she misspoke out of grief I feel it is non refundable if i decided not to get the pup. Does her husband think that you are to blame for the pup getting Corona? That by some wierd way, you giving them $250.00 suddenly made the pup sick?!?! Boy, if he ges away with this I'll definately have to re-think my deposit contract!! This guy's out of his mind. I've heard of "greedy" but this takes the cake!! IMHO Suz

| Yes, they has stated because i was there to see the pup and put down my deposit..I must have brought Corona in that weekend to her home..but, the day i spoke with her the day before the pup died. She said at first she thought the pup was just tired because she had people over that week handling them..She has changed her story several times.. I told her my female Yorkie is fine..I know she owns a pet boutique..There is a better chance someone brought it into there and she brought it home..I was there for only 20 mins and my dog is fine..She is just making excuses |
