| Fancy Pups – STAY AWAY Here is my experience - 1) Purchased a puppy on a Sunday. Puppy was sickly and this woman kept telling me to feed the dog every 4 hours. This did not help so on Tuesday took the puppy to vet hospital where I eventually spent $2,000 on hospital bills. The puppy died on Friday. When I called this woman to tell her about the puppy's death she actually yelled at me before I could finish telling her what happened. Then she yelled that she would not cover any of the medical bills. She said I should have returned the puppy. Vet told me the puppy had chronic liver disease. At no time during the conversation did she express any sympathy for the puppy. It was a horrible conversation for me. 2) Was telling my story to a gentleman at my office and he mentioned that his puppies were sickly and that this woman told him that they were AKC registered - they were not. He also mentioned her rudeness. 3) Met a nurse today with a yorkie from this place and she was telling me how sick her puppy was for the first several months and that she had to feed it every 4 hours due to hypoglycemia. She stated that if she had not been a nurse the dog would have died. AND that she had heard similar story from 5 other dog owners. Conclusion: This business appears to be just a heartless broker for dogs and does not seem to care about a puppy's wellbeing. Please do not purchase a puppy from this person. I was so crushed when my puppy died and I would not want anyone to have such an experience. |

Best hospital for liver shunts & many disorders. We delt with them when our baby was diagnosed with GME. They saved him for 2 years. Happy your baby is healthy now 😍

| This is so upsetting to me, to hear all this about these people......this man was my son's Ag teacher when Jimmy was in high school...Jimmy is now 42 years old, so it was a while back!.....these people were so nice, so sweet, worked extensively with the Ag department and farm animals....they were kind and sweet people. I have never had occasion to purchase a dog from them, it is just so upsetting to hear bad things about people you know from years ago, that have been very active with and around animals and farming and our high school Ag boys...... I am so sorry about your experiences, with everyone elses bad experiences with the pups you purchased from them....how heart breaking is all that.......it is tragic to buy a baby, then the baby gets sick and either requires $$$$$ medical bills/surgical bills, or the baby just dies.....and then to make it even worse, to refuse to stand by the heartbroken people with the dead/dying baby you sold them......this is just wrong on so many different levels and breaks my heart..... |

Donating YT 2000 Club Member | I tell everyone looking to buy a (Biewer) puppy please talk to former buyers and breeder's vet. Ask to read the contract before you send any money. Have you Googled the breeder's name, kennel name etc. I have a lifetime medical warranty for genetic illnesses on my puppies. I am picky who gets my puppies--I don't sell to everyone. And that is how you buy a puppy, buy the breeder first. |

| Tuff I also did not do my research and got a puppy from fancypups.com. I didn't know to ask for parents on site. My little guy Tuff has hepatic dysplasia. He's on special food, anti-seizure medication, and has to have routine labs. He's doing great though. All the research I have done says he's going to be fine (because we take excellent care of him and he has great health insurance), but he may have a shorter life span and that just ticks me off! I did speak to Jonnie and told her what was going on. She sounded concerned but that was really all. I would have never given him back anyway, I love him too much. He just had his 5th birthday. |
