| Very Good Experience with PetsMart Grooming I felt the need to write this thread after reading the many negative feedbacks on PetsMart Grooming. I wanted to first start by saying that I'm very sorry for those of you who've had bad or traumatic grooming experiences whether it be at PetsMart or not. I realize that good experiences with anything usually go unnoticed while negative feedback is a lot more common. So here's my VERY positive feedback on my experience at PetsMart grooming. Murphy and Macy are 16 weeks old and just got groomed there for the first time. I was terribly nervous and didn't know the right questions to ask, I just said "puppy cut". Luckily my groomer asked how I wanted their ears, top of their heads, etc. After 3 hours waalaa! Beautiful Everything I specified is exactly what I got. I couldn't have been happier. The groomer was very friendly and I could tell my babies loved her because they kept trying to give her kisses I am absolutely positive PetsMart is not a bad place to get your dog groomed, it's just that groomers from any place are hit and miss. Just like hairdressers. I lucked out and got a hit groomer I will be returning. Thanks

| I have been taking Toby to Petsmart to be groomed for the last two years and have only had one bad experience. Both Toby and Rudy went last weekend, and they both came out looking great. I agree that it has a lot to do with the individual groomer, and we only let Ben work on our furballs. I will make an appointment two weeks in advance to ensure this. Not only does he do a wonderful job on the cuts, he is also very gentle with them

| I do not own a dog yet, hopefully will soon, but here in my area the grooming parlor has a glass window and you can watch the groomers working. I like that a lot. I was there another day watching and they were doing a nice job, i did not see any rudeness or anything bad at all. I feel more comfortable on a setting like that as there is always someone watching . |
