I bought a Puppy from this Woman. I picked my Puppy up at the Airport on May 9,2008. My Puppy would have been 14 weeks old. Paperwork stated Pup was 11 weeks old. Puppy did not resemble the Picture of the Puppy I picked at all. Vet. confirmed that it was not the same Puppy, and told me this Puppy came from a Puppy Mill. My Puppy had multiple problems...Something wrong with her back legs, Parasites/Guarida..A Heart Murmur,and something wrong with her Circulatory System. This Breeder did nothing for me. After a few emails to her, the Husband started threatening and harrassing me.I asked her to reimberse me for Medical Expenses...She refused and said I was MENTAL..
I have reported her Puppy Mill to anyone that will listen to me. Her Website is very deceiving. Please do not be fooled. Her and her Husband are Fraud's. They run a Puppy Mill. They also Auction their Puppie's.

First, welcome to YT. I know it's a sad way to find us, but I'm glad you did.

Not defending this breeder but I know some breeders will put 11 weeks on the paperwork otherwise if it is just 12 weeks or more the vet has to give it a rabies shot as per the airlines and it could be dangerous to give a rabies shot at 12 weeks. Our vet recommends rabies at 16 weeks and does not agree with the airline regulations but does have to follow them.

I think you should copy all info posted on her website about puppy warranty and anything else you have and take her to court. I think you would at least win for your medical bills. Good luck. Im sorry you got burned. She should be shut down for sure.

Rabies shots are usually administered at 16 weeks. Under this age puppies are allowed to fly on airlines. On the paperwork the vet simply states the puppy wasn't age appropriate for the shot. Reese flew at 15 weeks...no rabies shot.

To the OP...I'm sorry about your puppy and there have been numerous bad reviews on line about that breeder.

I dealt with these people one on one over the phone and was even going to go and meet them but I am so glad I did my research.

I did not buy a puppy. I still have the picture of the puppy that I wanted from them as she was all dressed up and had my fathers birthday which he died when I was 18 .. I was so disappointed when I did my research I often wonder if that beautiful doll ever existed or where she is today. Her birthday was NOVEMEBER 28th.

I am so sorry you had to go through that,how is your puppy doing now? ultimate puppies is nothing but a big scam.

I also purchased a puppy from starmye halpain from ultimate puppies.com . like you, the puppy I requested was not the one delivered, I picked him up at the airport yesterday the dog was head to toe matted hair and had a bad cough, rash, and was dirty. we brought him to the vet and they told be he had an upper respiratory infection. I called starmye on the phone and told her how unhappy I was about the quality and health of the pup, she sounded so surprised and had the nerve to tell me she brushed and bathed the dog that morning... yeah right!! she told me to if I didn't want the pup to ship him back at my expense of coarse, and then I would have to pay to have another shipped. that would put me in the hole another $600.00, she new I wasn't going to do that. I asked her if she would at least do right by me and reimburse me for the vet bill, she told me she would have to speak to her husband and get back to me. she never did.The web site is so deceiving, beautiful puppies, nice wholesome family, the minute I picked the puppy up and looked at him I knew he came from a backyard breeder or a puppy mill. shame on them, I pray to God someway some how they get shut down. Fortunately for the puppy I received he is doing better, I have to bring him back to the vet next week to have his lungs checked. hopefully everything will be ok. I wish you the best, I am sorry again for all you went through,

Look what I just found about them...Also there is a list of people that bought their puppies from Petland and these people were the breeders and everyone complained about their dogs being sick and coughing....Can the animal control not do anything about this?

Does anyone have her address that they can pm me. I just talked to animal control in a nearby town of hers and he told me to contact the Police Dept. He said that USDA does not handle cruelty and does not have the right to take her dogs away but the Police Dept does if they feel that the conditions are not good. Since my husband is a police officer and all cops have their own type of bond, he will call the Police Dept and talk to the cheif and file a complaint and have someone go over to her home and check it out. I have her phone number that she lists on her website but not her address. The police dept can get her address from the phone number but I just wanted to make it easier on them...

Please see the post by Sammy08. She bought a Puppy from this Woman also. She shipped her a different Puppy than the one shepicked out too. Her Puppy is sick also with a Lung Infection. Please look up her post. I think is is listed under Bad Breeders. Thanks so much for your concern for our Puppie's
