She may be selling dogs she doesn't own. She took $6500, sent the dogs but AKC paper have been a mess. One dog was registered to someone else. The other still on foreign import papers without proper transfer documents. AKC refusing to register due to missing information, missing signatures. Papers traveling round and round. I'm totally worn down over it. It was only after I had paid her the $6500 that I started to learn that there were other people involved and that the most valuable of the two dogs was registered to someone else. The AKC registration I received for him signed him back over to Toni, instead of transferring him to me. Keep in mind, I don't know any of the people involved in this. They're happy as could be, picked up a good chunk of cash and are now accusing me of being unnecessarily nasty about this. She says I'm overreacting. The dogs have been with me six weeks and I still have nothing on paper saying they belong to me. I don't this is "overreacting."

IN FACT I FILLED OUT NEW PAPER WORK AND EXPRESSED MAIL TO YOU FOR LILLIAN AND ONIX PAPER WORK AND CHECK IT OFF WITH AKC. AS YOU PURCHASE OTHER DOGS FROM ANYONE YOU WILL LEARN WHAT PROCEDURES AND TIME LINES TO FOLLOW.



2)YOU ARE ALLEGING FRAUD AND MALICIOUSLY DEFAMING MY CHARATER BY INTERSTATE ELTRONIC EMAILS.



3) YOU ARE HEARBY WARNED TO IMMEDIATLY CEASE AND DESIST THIS UNWANTED ATTACK BY YOU.



4) I HAVE JUST SPOKE WITH AKC AND YOU HAVE NOT ONCE CONTACTED THEM REFERENCE THE PAPER WORK, YOU ALSO DID NOT PROVIDE PHOTOS OF LILLIAN FRONT AND SIDE PROFILE AND IS LISTED ON THE FOREIGN DOGS REGISTRATION DIRECTIONS THAT ARE REQUIRED WHICH I HAVE PROVIDED TO YOU. YOU ALSO SENT IN ONLY ONE TRANFER PAPER FOR BOTH DOGS AND I SUPPLIED YOU WITH ONE FOR EACH. YOPU ALSO CAN NOT CHANGE A FOREIGN DOGS NAME WHICH IS ALSO HOLDING UP YOUR PAPER WORK. DUE TO YOUR INDECRESIONS AND KNOWLEDGE OF REGISITERING A FOREIGN DOGS YOU HAVE HELD UP YOUR OWN PAPER WORK BY NOT RESPECTING THE ORIGNAL BREEDER WHO HAS NAMED THE DOGS. 5) YORKIE TALK IS SUPPOSE TO BE A PLACE FOR BREEDERS AND YORKIE LOVERS TO SHARE KNOWLEDGE AND FREINSHIP, IT IS NOT A PLACE TO SPREAD GOSSIP AND SLANDER ABOUT OTHER BREEDERS ESPECIALLY WHEN THE FAULT LIES WITHIN YOU.



6) NOT ONE TIME HAVE YOU CALLED ME FOR HELP WITH THIS ISSUE SINCE YOU RECEIVED THE PROPER AKC PAPER WORK AND INSTEAD YOU SEND EMAILS TALKING IN CIRCLES AND SLANDEROUS THREATS AND CALLING AND EMAILING OTHER BREEDERS.. YOU ALSO CHOSE TO BREED BOTH ONIX AND LILLIAN WITH OUT THERE AKC PAPER WORK OR EVEN A DNA OR THE CORRECT AGE OF LILLIAN WHICH IN RIGHT ON HER PAPER WORK IN BLACK AND RIGHT BECAUSE YOU DO NOT KNOW THE FOREIGN WAYS FOR THERE DATE OF BIRTH WHICH WHEN YOU BOUGHT I TRIED AND TELL YOU SHE WAS 1 1/2 YEARS OLD AND YOU INSISTED SHE WAS 2 AND I DID NOT EVEN KNOW HOW OLD MY DOGS WERE. YOU WERE ALSO AWARE THAT ONIX WAS IN SOME ONE ELSES NAME AND COMING BACK TO ME FOR HE WAS WITH TYHE HANDLER OF THE PERSON WHO HAD HIM AND HE WAS REGISTER IN THERE NAME FOR I HAVE ALL INFO TO BACK ALL OF THIS IF ANY ONE WOULD LIKE TO SEE. SO BEFORE YOU SEND SUCH FRAUDGALENT AND MALCIOUS TALK ON PUPBLIC FORUM MAKE SURE YOU CAN BACK YOUR SELF UP.



7) I HAVE ATTEMPETED TO CALL YOU AND EMAIL YOU TO HELP YOU WITH THIS WITH OUT ANY RETURN CALL FROM YOU, I DO WANT YOU TO GET THIS DISARAY SITUATION RESOLVED AND IT CAN EAISLY BE IF THE PROPER PROCEDURE WITH AKC IS FOLLOWED BY YOU, FOR THERE IS NOTHING ELSE I CAN PROVID FOR YOU THAT I HAVE NOT ALREADY "PER AKC".

I'm really done with this, Tony. As soon as this message is gone I'm going on Yorkietalk and reporting this as fraud. I just checked my mail and credit card statement and there's nothing on Onix's registration. I haven't received the papers for akc, nor do I see a charge from them for processing it. You have to take him back. An unregistrable dog is no good to me as I do not need another pretty house pet.

This is really getting to be silly, number one I don't understand why Susan felt the need to send me the same email she sent to Toni (Tj's Yorkies).
This is something that is between the buyer and seller. I can not and will not say anything bad about Susan as I do not know her and there for would be using only hear say and that is something that I do not think is right for anyone to do. I understand that she is having a problem with the AKC papers for the dogs she purchased and I also understand that this could be fixed if instead of fighting and wasting time why don't you just work with Toni and get the papers straightened out. I have known Toni for some time now and she has been a very straight up person and very dear friend.
I have never bought an imported dog but, I do know that changing registeries is a very confusing process, but it is only common sense that working together is the best way to clear this up.
As for the statement that Toni should take the dogs back that is rediculous unless of course you plan on paying her for the stud which would be involved with your breeding Onix to your female (s). Why should she just up and give you a breeding to him? to me this would make no sense unless of course you would be willing to provide proof that the breedings did not take which would be iffy at best. Now I have no dogs in this fight I am just saying that I believe Susan would much better off if she were to just bite her lip so to speak and work with Toni on getting this fixed.
I hope that things turn out for everyone mainly for the dogs who are only being used as pawns from what I have seen so far please work together so that everyone can be happy in the end. I know Onix is a very beautiful male and in my opinion I would bust my bumm to get things right with him.

I too have bought 3 yorkies from Toni(TJ Yorkies), 2 were imports, and I had no problem with registration. If there is signnatures missing, that is easy to fix, if they had to sent back for her to sign then problem fixed Once AKC has the papers, we all know we have no control over how long it takes for them to process them, and imports take a little longer. But my personal opinion is you do not breed intil you have all your paperwork in hand in your name. DNA also has to be done on imports. The best bet was to skip the heat and wait for the next heat than to breed them before they were in your name. People make mistakes on forgetting to sign here or there, its happend to me, but I did not get on yorkie talk and bash the person for it. I just sent them back and they signed them and that was it, to me this is uncalled for. Does it make Toni a bad breeder because she forgot to sign? No it doesnt. Yorkie talk is suppose to be fun, where people come to talk about their yorkies, share pictures and fun stuff, not to bash one another, this is not the first time Susan has uses yorkie talk to bash people, she done it to me a month or so ago, and some very high up people in the yorkie world said your always going to have a susan(cloverhill yorkies in mi.) in the world, so just ignore it.

I have to agree that just because someone makes a mistake or forgets to sign on some line doesn't mean they are a bad person or bad breeder... In my opinion it just shows that we are all human and mistakes get made regardless of how perfect you think you might be.
The reason I joined YT is as you stated above, it was supposed to be a place to enjoy other breeders who cared for the breed as I do. Not some place to come and watch someone belittle someone who I know for a fact has tried her best to make this right. Toni has offered many times to help Susan get this fixed but from the email that Susan herself sent to me she states that she doesn't want to hear from Toni or any of her friends who might be able to make this an easy matter to fix.
Susan I don't know you from a stranger I would meet on the street, but I do know that help is being offered if you would just settle down alittle bit and accept it. As Toni stated in her post here and in many of the emails that she has sent you, she is more than happy to help you get this fixed but she cannot give what you are refusing to accept. And as the poster before me stated you should have skipped the heat until they where registered and dna'd in your name. That part is a problem that you alone brought on to yourself. If in fact you where purposely being wronged by a breeder be it here on YT or anywhere else I would gladly stand up for you, but in this case you seem to be the one wronging yourself.
As I have said in the past I have known Toni for some time now and she has always be straight up and to the point. I have never known her to go back on her word on anything she has ever said to me.
In my opinion it is an extreme shame that you cannot see it clearly to just accept the help being offered and let this go, that is what I would do if I were in the same shoes. Terri

First, Susan didn't send those emails, Toni did. Second, everybody posting here is a friend of Toni. How many of you buy dogs from strangers and sit idly by while getting promises for AKC papers to be straightened out at some future time? It's going on 7 weeks now and still nothing. Every piece of paper Toni sends me is screwed up in some way, usually missing a signature, and I'm fed up. How long would any of you suggest I wait. I don't know any of you people. You got the money and I got undocumented dogs and I will keep reporting it until I die or my papers get here.

Your right I would be upset as well but, I sure wouldn't just sit and complain to people who don't know both sides of the deal. Just a thought that might work out for all involved... Have you thought of using a mediator as far as talking to each other to get this straightened out. Honest Toni really isn't a bad person and I'm sure that you aren't either. Mistakes were made now can't there be some way of getting it straight. Yes your right I am Toni's friend and proud to be so however, IF I thought for one minute that she was purposely trying to pull something over on you or anyone else she will tell you that I would be the first one on her case about it. Please understand that I have nothing to gain but siding with anyone on this, I would just like to see everything in order. If it would help I for one would be happy to be the middle person if it will help get your papers straight as I am 110% sure that Toni would glady give me the informaiton needed. Terri
