Warning!!!!!!!!!!! Awful Houston Texas Breeder I thought I would try to get the word out on a horrible breeder located in Houston, Texas. Puppy purchased on the evening of 5/14/08 from BRUCE SEK and MONICA SEK of Houston, Texas. Puppy represented as healthy. Taken the next morning to the vet----found to have Parvo, coccidiosis, and tapeworms. Puppy put on in-clinic care by the vet. PUPPY DIED 24 HOURS LATER, morning of 5/16/08. THE SEK'S REFUSE TO REFUND THE PURCHASE PRICE DESPITE THEIR "GUARANTEE" BECAUSE "IF YOU WERE UNHAPPY WITH THE DOG YOU SHOULD HAVE BROUGHT IT BACK". Freaking idiots-----the puppy didnt live long enough to bring it back. AWFUL AWFUL WRETCHED PEOPLE, THE MORALITY AND HONESTY OF WHOM YOU CAN ASSESS FROM THEIR ACTIONS. PEOPLE LIKE THEM SHOULDNT EVEN BE ALLOWED TO HAVE A DOG LET ALONE SELL PUPPIES.

I am so so sorry for your loss. Do you mind me asking how old your puppy was? Had the puppy had any vaccinations? I think this it is disgusting that a breeder would act in such a way.

| I am so sorry this happened to you! What a heartbreaking experience. I can't believe they didn't do anything! If it died of Parvo within 24 hours of you getting the puppy it had to have had it when you got it. I wonder if all their puppies died??

Rip Off Report I'm really sorry to hear about your puppy. You can file a Rip Off Report at Ripoff Report: By Consumers, For Consumers and possibly help someone else avoid going through the same terrible experience. Anyone that googles the name of the breeder will be able to access your report and read about what happened to you. It won't bring your puppy back but it might be a good way to honor his memory.

Sounds like they might not be the breeders but brokering in some way. I can't imagine even a bad breeder not being concerned when someone calls them and says one of their pups had parvo. Anyone should know how devastating this disease is. Brokering might explain their indifference but in any case they sound like awful people. Sorry to the OP for your loss. I hate to hear of any dog going through something so terrible and so easily prevented. The only excuse for parvo to me would be that someone contaminated with it came to their home but still, if the pup had been vaccinated, wouldn't there be enough immunity there to ward it off? I could see it happening, maybe to a young pup but not to one old enough to be placed in a home. Shocking to hear of this, and very sad.

It really disappoints me when a newbie comes on here, makes one statement and then leaves. If this is a legitimate post then I wish they would have stayed around to answer some questions. Normally a puppy would not die that fast from parvo unless it was very sick when they got the puppy. Anyway, I hope they get this resolved.
