"How someone can go ahead and buy a puppy after seeing the living conditions of these dogs." Because people care about themselves. If they get a good price they overlook how the other dogs are living, including how their own puppy had lived AND THIS IS WHY THESE PLACES STAY IN BUSINESS.

People that buy from places like this are just looking at the price tag.

Or they say they are "rescuing" the dog when in fact they should be reporting breeders like this to the law. The cycle will not be broken, the greeders stay in business and the dogs suffer.

i feel a lot of people do not know- really do not know!

Also, a lot of 17 year olds are buying DRUGS-this 17 yr old bought a yorkie pup!
His age is not the problem! Where he got the money- maybe he has a job! Maybe he is a farm boy who has worked on his family farm always!
His age is not the problem- the problem is the GREEDER- having sick, and unkept pups for sale to anyone! A 50 yr old buying the same pup- would not have mattered- would it have??

Can someone give me the website for the "rip off report". I'd never heard of it.

With all the banter about posting positive on this forum this one sure isn't coming off very nice to the OP. I'm not a big proponent of a sunshine and lollipops mentality for every situation but cmom, 17 y/o can be emancipated in many states. Some young people will find a way to do what they will with or without parental supervision. How does bashing someones parenting skills in this situation help anything? Sorry but it sounds pretty gossipy!

This kennel has a crazy number of breeder dogs...45 to be exact! Enough said.

I agree. I started college when I was 17. I purchased a puppy a year later and it was the best thing i could have done! Honestly, I know 10 year olds that can care for a dog a lot better than some of my peers.
